Già al telefono quando ho chiamato la simpatia di Michele si è percepita, oltre la gentilezza nell'augurare buon viaggio. Appena arrivata al ristorante, cucina a vista (importante) l'accoglienza è stata ciò che avevo immaginato, sorriso e gentilezza. Staff di collaboratrici ai tavoli al femminile, con attenzione e dialogo durante la serata, importante per il Cliente, complimenti! I piatti unici, ottimi, piatti tipici , fave e cicoria, melanzana ripiena, da provare!! I complimenti dal Cuore vanno a Michele, chef e proprietario che ha voluto continuare nel tenere tutti i piatti che la sua mamma, gli ha lasciato come ricette, in suo ricordo sia il nome della trattoria che il menù è dedicato a lei. Quando passate da Vieste non potete non andare a pranzo o cena alla trattoria da Mamma Antonella ... vi perdereste un momento dedicato alla buona cucina quella che le mamme sanno fare, qui sarà Michele e il suo staff e vi garantisco ne vale la pena.

Ristorante dalle tradizioni locali a gestione familiare, abbiamo mangiato nel vicoletto affianco al ristorante. Ci siamo fermati per caso nel leggere il menu consigliato del giorno a base di pesce al solo costo di 28 euro compreso di vino e acqua. Si sa cosa ti potresti aspettare da un menù così pesce surgelato insapore, ma non è stato così. A sorpresa, prodotti di qualità freschissimi una pepata di cozze buonissima fatta sul momento, troccolo allo scoglio dal sapore casareccio gustosissimo, sono andato a complimentarmi con lo chef pet la cottura, i sapori e i condimenti ottimi e abbondanti. Per finire una frittura freschissima e Mia moglie siccome non mangia la frittura ce l hanno cambiata con una spigola freschissima arrosto. Grazie della serata di gusto a tutto lo staff.
